Step right up to the rustic, old world food cart and order some scratch made pastas reminiscent of corner bistros in Italy and France. Ed has spent 25 years perfecting the art of sautéing pastas a-la-minute to the delight of guests all around the Portland area. You can be certain of two things when you come to this food cart to eat. You will be greeted with with a smile and fed like you are family.
"What I really want is to feed people noodles and make them happy", Ed says with a welcoming grin. "Once they come by the food cart and try the pasta they are part of the family"
Check our Menu for house favorites like the Mushroom Alfredo made with assorted NW mushrooms, fresh basil and penne pasta, the Northwest Prima Vera with seasonal vegetables and a white wine-butter sauce or rotating flavors of Fried Ravioli paired with special dipping sauces.
